Jim Cathcart

Jim Cathcart believes that people must have a reason to become self motivated. The more they know how what they do helps others and their company, the more initiative they will exert. If you continually learn more about your company, your industry, your customer and yourself, you will always be a leader. You will be purpose-driven rather than process-driven. You will make a difference.

Recognized as one of the world's best keynote speakers, Jim Cathcart is one of only five speakers in the world who hold all of the following honors: Toastmasters Golden Gavel Award (2001), President of the National Speakers Association (1988-1989), Speaker Hall of Fame, CPAE (1985), Certified Speaking Professional, CSP (1981), and winner of The Cavett Award (1993). Jim is also a member of the exclusive Speakers Roundtable, 20 of the most popular speakers in the world.

Jim has been a corporate executive, training director, entrepreneur, psychological researcher, meeting planner and association executive. He has managed people, products and payrolls for over twenty five years. He has also researched and field tested his methods through two and a half decades of speaking and training before over 2,500 audiences in virtually every discipline. His client list includes: ASAE, Merck & Co., Motorola, Mass Mutual, John Deere, and the U.S. Treasury.

In addition to his role as a professional speaker, Jim is also a prolific author. Relationship Selling is now translated into Chinese, Japanese and Finnish. The Acorn Principle, Jim's 12th book, achieved #2 bestseller status as an e-book for the year 2000. Jim has created over seventy video programs and is as comfortable in front of a camera as he is on stage. This provides many ways to reinforce Jim's messages.

Frank Miles

Comedian Frank Miles thrilled Las Vegas audiences for over a decade with his feats as a juggler and magician, then found himself with some unique new material after being pronounced dead following a hang gliding accident. When emergency room doctors gave him a second chance at life, he learned his first lesson. Courage, he realized, isn’t facing death – it’s facing life every day.

Laugh at Fear is Frank Miles’ off the wall, hilarious response to his near-death experience and long road to recovery. With help from the audience, he uses magic, juggling, unicycling, acrobatics, music, and even fire eating to illustrate the simple truths that can free them from self-imposed and imprisoning fears.

This refreshing and absolutely unique presentation focuses on helping people address the issues of change, fear, stress, and achieving goals. With audience volunteers and non-stop variety he illustrates a simple approach to clobbering fear--the #1 obstacle to success.

Jeffrey J. Fox

Jeffrey J. Fox introduced the concept of dollarization in How to Become a Rainmaker and How to Become a Marketing Superstar. Fox believes that every day good companies suffer because they create financial value for their customers but aren’t able to keep their fair share. This is because most marketers cannot fully articulate the value customers get from their products and the argument falls to the lowest common denominator -- price. Dollarization calculates the monetary gain a customer receives in exchange for the price paid.

Fox was named “Outstanding Marketer” by Sales & Marketing Management magazine and the National Industrial Distribution Association. He held senior marketing positions at several international companies before founding Fox & Co., a premier marketing consulting firm. He is the author of number of best-selling books, including How to Become CEO, The Dollarization Discipline, and, most recently, How to Get to the Top: Business Lessons Learned at the Dinner Table.
