Opening Reception

Opening Reception & Dinner offers the opportunity for informal socializing with new and old BSA friends. Dress is casual for this Southwestern Fiesta outdoor event.

Manufacturer Appreciation Event

Monday, April 28th
6 - 9 pm, Coyote Corral

Monday evening's manufacturer appreciation dinner has a western theme, so dig out your cowboy boots & hat, bandanas and more for this informal, outdoor event. The Coyote Corral has a dirt floor, so if you don't have cowboy boots, be sure to wear other comfortable footwear.

Final Dinner Dance

Tuesday, April 29th
8 pm - 12 am, Kiva Ballroom

The Annual Convention traditionally closes with a Dinner Dance, giving everyone a chance to dress up in cocktail attire for the final event and enjoy a sumptuous dinner and live dance music.

Dress

Your BSA Convention Committee has planned a casual convention. A resort casual policy with regard to daytime meeting dress includes the following:

Men - slacks, open neck, banded collar or polo shirts, sweaters, walking shorts, no ties/jackets.
Women - slacks, skirts, blouses, sweaters, walking shorts, open neck banded collar or polo shirts.

Keep in mind that although the weather can reach the 80ºF's, the overnight temperature can drop to a cool 50ºF. In addition, meeting rooms tend to be cooler than the outside temperature. A jacket or sweater may be necessary.
