Room rates are: $195.00 single/double.
Special rates for one bedroom Executive and VIP Suites have also been set aside in BSA’s room block. Executive Suites are $335 and VIP Suites are $405. Please note that to reserve suites, you need to call the hotel directly at 407-239-1234 and ask for "IN-HOUSE Reservations. Suites cannot be booked online or through the central reservation system (800#).
All room rates are subject to local sales and occupancy tax.
Resort fee: $10 per room per day. Provides use of resort activities and amenities including, in-room safe, unlimited access for local, 800 or 888 calls and in-state credit card calls, unlimited use of the Health Club, 9-hole Pitch & Putt course, golf driving range access, court time at the Racquet Club, all water sports including non-motorized boats (Hydrobikes, sail boats, paddle boats and canoes), as well as resort bicycles and quadricycles and daily shuttle tranportation to the Disney Theme Parks, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and Sea World.
Reservations received after April 1, 2009 will be confirmed on a space-available basis only.
Special Rules: It is policy of BSA that no one shall schedule or conduct any event, function, or meeting which in any way conflicts with or detracts from scheduled BSA meetings or events.
