BSA’s manufacturer-hosted Conference Table Session offers participants a unique opportunity to pre-schedule and plan for face-to-face meetings to address bearing industry concerns and resolve business problems. Convention attendees find these short, 25-minute meetings to be increasingly productive.
The 2010 Conference Table Session is scheduled for Tuesday morning, May 4, 2010, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and will consist of eight twenty-five minute sessions. Online Conference Table registration will begin on Monday, February 1, 2010, and attendees are strongly encouraged to register before Monday, April, 19, 2010. Online registration will remain open until April 30th. After the start of the convention, attendees wishing to schedule Conference Table sessions may do so if space is available onsite May 1 & 2 at the BSA registration desk (closes 7:00 p.m. May 2).
Online conference table registration is available to all those who have registered to attend the 2010 Annual Convention. All distributors planning to attend the Conference Tables Session are encouraged to register as soon as possible to assure that they obtain appointments at their desired times. Distributors are also encouraged to let manufacturers with whom they have made appointments know what they expect to discuss with the manufacturers.
Manufacturer companies will be assigned a Conference Table at the time the first person from the manufacturer company registers to attend the 2010 BSA Convention. It is important that your company have at least one registrant prior to February 1, 2010 so that registered distributors can make appointments for your Company’s Conference Table beginning February 1 when online Conference Table appointments begin.
There will be a short, ten minute break half way through the conference table session. The appointment table schedule will be as follows:

BSA also encourages participating manufacturers to hold individual private meetings with registered distributors to maximize your participation at the BSA Convention.
In fact, the Convention schedule sets aside Tuesday afternoon, May 4, 2010 for private individual meetings. As a reminder, BSA policy requires that participating manufacturer invitations for individual private meetings must not overlap with BSA program or social functions other than tours.
