Room rates are: $199.00 single/double (reduced from $275)
*An additional charge of twenty-five dollars will apply for each additional adult (up to four adults per room). Children age fifteen and under stay for free in the same room with parents.
Special rates for Gulf View Suites have also been set aside in BSA’s room block. Gulf View Suites are $555. Please note that to reserve suites, you need to call the hotel directly at 239-597-3232 and ask for IN-HOUSE Reservations. Suites cannot be booked online or through the central reservation system (800#).
All room rates are subject to local sales and occupancy tax.
Resort Fee:
BSA has waived the resort fee for its attendees. Amenities and services provided include unlimited local and 800 calls, unlimited tennis court time, use of the Fitness Center, self-parking, daily newspaper, in-room coffee, and use of the lounge chairs at Clam Pass Beach.
Reservations received after March 31, 2010 will be confirmed on a space-available basis only.
Special Rules: It is policy of BSA that no one shall schedule or conduct any event, function, or meeting which in any way conflicts with or detracts from scheduled BSA meetings or events.
