Registration Directions:

  • Complete all appropriate forms, using only one form for yourself and your spouse/companion. Incomplete registration forms will NOT be processed. You must completely fill out both pages of the form.
  • Fees must be paid in U.S. dollars, with no discounts given for attending only part of the meeting.
  • It is important that you indicate on the second page of the registration form all functions you and/or your companion will attend, including optional events.
  • Special note for other family members attending: ALL attendees MUST have a meeting badge to be admitted to any meal event regardless of age. In order to prepare seating for all attendees and enable the hotel to provide adequate food and beverage, this will be strictly enforced.

Room rates are: $229.00 single/double

*An additional charge of twenty-five dollars will apply for each additional adult (up to four adults per room). Children age fifteen and under stay for free in the same room with parents.

Special rates for Regency Club and Junior Suites have also been set aside in BSA’s room block.

Regency Club Rooms are $329
Junior Suites are $404

Please note that to reserve suites, you need to call the hotel directly at (512) 308-1234 and ask for IN-HOUSE Reservations. Suites cannot be booked online or through the central reservation system (800#).

All room rates are subject to local sales and occupancy taxes, which are currently 13%.

Resort Fee:

BSA has waived the resort fee for its attendees. Complimentary amenities and services include unlimited local, 800 or 888 calls and in-state credit card calls, unlimited use of the health club, tennis courts, bicycles, complimentary shuttle service into Bastrop and/or over to McKinney Roughs, complimentary self-parking, complimentary newspaper and wired high-speed internet.

Reservations received after March 27, 2011 will be confirmed on a space-available basis only. The hotel expects to be sold out over our dates, so rooms may not be available after March 27.

Special Rules: It is policy of BSA that no one shall schedule or conduct any event, function, or meeting which in any way conflicts with or detracts from scheduled BSA meetings or events.
