Golf Tournament

Golf legend Raymond Floyd designed 18 holes of golf that would make history as the first course in the world to receive Audubon International’s Gold Signature Sanctuary Certification.
Located on property, BSA will provide transportation to the course. The golf tournament at the Raptor Bay Golf Club on Monday afternoon will follow an open-play, four-person scramble format. Tee time is 12:30 p.m. The registration fee of $180.00 includes golf, cart, box lunch, practice balls, transportation, tax & gratuity. Please include the fee and handicap for you and/or your spouse on your Registration Form. Each player will find Raptor Bay a challenging yet satisfying experience.

Transportation:
The golf club is located 5 minutes from the resort. BSA will have a shuttle to transport golfers to and from the Raptor Bay Golf Club. Please meet at the hotel's front entrance beginning at 11:30 am on Monday, April 30th.
Dress Code:
No denim allowed on property. Men must wear a collared shirt, long pants or Bermuda length shorts. Mock turtlenecks are acceptable. Women may wear sleeveless shirts as long as they have a collar or they may wear collarless shirts as long as they have sleeves. Dresses, skirts, slacks, golf shorts and blouses of appropriate length are allowed. Only Soft Spike Golf Shoes.
Golf Clinic and 9 Holes of Golf

The Golf Clinic will feature a buffet lunch from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm in the clubhouse. Golf lessons by a PGA Golf Professional from 1:00 pm -2:45 pm followed by 9-holes of golf at 2:45 pm. The Golf Clinic will follow an open-play, four-person scramble format. Tee time is 2:45 pm. The golf professional will walk the range and assist the spouses for the first few holes by giving out tips and recommendations to improve your golf game. Registration fee of $120.00 includes golf lessons, 9-holes of golf, cart, buffet lunch, practice balls, transportation, tax & gratuity. Please include the fee and your handicap on your Registration Form.

Junior Golf Clinic and 5 Holes of Golf (for ages 6 - 17)CANCELLED

The Junior Golf Clinic will feature a buffet lunch in the clubhouse from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. Golf lessons by a PGA Golf Professional from 1:00 pm -2:00 pm followed by 5-holes of golf with two PGA Professionals from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. The golf professionals will walk the range and assist, giving out tips and recommendations to improve your golf game. Registration fee of $65.00 includes golf lessons, junior golf club rentals, 5-holes of golf, cart, buffet lunch, practice balls, transportation, tax & gratuity. Please include the fee on your Registration Form.

Let BSA handle your golf club rentals!
Please indicate on your registration form if you would like golf club rentals for the tournament or the golf clinic. Let us know your preference for right-hand or left-hand, men's or ladies, and we'll handle the rest. Golf club rental requests must be submitted on or before March 28. Cost is $65.00. Golf club shoe rental is also available for $30.00 a pair, please contact the Raptor Bay Club directly to rent shoes.
Tennis Clinic and Round Robin, All Levels Welcome

The men’s and women’s Round Robin Tennis, All Levels Welcome will be held Sunday afternoon on the hotel courts.The tennis clinic and the round robin will feature a buffet lunch in the clubhouse from 12:00pm-1:00pm, followed by tennis lessons from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm and a round robin tournament from 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm. Registration fee is $85.00 and includes buffet lunch, tennis clinic, court time, rental rackets and refreshments. Please include your fee and indicate your level of play on the Registration Form.
Transportation:
The golf and tennis club is located 5 minutes from the resort. BSA will have the shuttle transport tennis players to and from the Raptor Bay Golf Club. Please meet at the hotel's front entrance beginning at 11:45 am on Monday, April 30th.
Fishing Tournament SOLD OUT

Enjoy a spectacular view of the Tropical Mangrove islands, a variety of bird species, and other exotic plants and animals as you make your way to your captain's favorite fishing holes. Reel in the catch of the day such as Mangrove Snapper, Sheepshead, Redfish, Snook, Tripletail, Jack, Sea Trout, Tarpon, Catfish and many more.
Fishermen will depart from the Hyatt Marina. Please meet the BSA staff at the Belvedere Terrace at 12:45 pm. All licenses, bait, tackle, insurance are included.
Things To Bring:
Guests' should bring along a camera, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. Coolers are okay, but the boat does have a cooler and ice for guests food and drinks.
Attire:
Light colored comfortable loose fitting clothing that breathes. Dress in layers to make it easy to adjust for changing temperature. Non-marking/Non-slip shoes.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available after April 4, 2012. On-site registration is accepted on a space-available basis only. A wait list is available for all tours when the maximum number of attendees has been reached. After April 4, BSA is unable to accept exchanges between individuals registered for an event who no longer wish to attend and persons wanting to register onsite.
