Registration Directions:

  • Complete all appropriate forms, using only one form for yourself and your spouse/companion. Incomplete registration forms will NOT be processed. You must completely fill out both pages of the form.
  • Fees must be paid in U.S. dollars, with no discounts given for attending only part of the meeting.
  • It is important that you indicate on the second page of the registration form all functions you and/or your companion will attend, including optional events.
  • Special note for other family members attending: ALL attendees MUST have a meeting badge to be admitted to any meal event regardless of age. In order to prepare seating for all attendees and enable the hotel to provide adequate food and beverage, this will be strictly enforced. Request a special registration form for children, relations, other non-business attendees for one or more evening events.
  • Registration forms must be accompanied by payment and mailed to: BSA, 800 Roosevelt Road, Building C, Suite 312, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137; or faxed to (630)790-3095.
  • BSA encourages manufacturers to register their company's future industry leaders. A future industry leader is defined as a professional currently in management or executive development positions within their individual companies. These individuals are naturally poised for long-term leadership roles within our industry and our association. Room rates are: $239.00 single/double

Special rates for Regency Club and Bay Suites have also been set aside in BSA’s room block.

Regency Club Rooms are $339.00 single/double
Junior Suites are $319.00 single/double

Please note that to reserve suites, you need to call the hotel directly at (239) 444-1234 and ask for IN-HOUSE Reservations. Suites cannot be booked online or through the central reservation system (800#).

All room rates are subject to local sales and occupancy taxes, which are currently 11%.

Resort Fee:

BSA has waived the resort fee for its attendees. Complimentary amenities and services include wired internet access, golf bag storage, local telephone calls, 800/888 telephone surcharges, incoming faxes, DVD rentals, complimentary self parking, resort trolley, beach ferry and exercise facility. Wireless internet access is avaiable for $9.99/day

Reservations received after March 28, 2012 will be confirmed on a space-available basis only. The hotel expects to be sold out over our dates, so rooms may not be available after March 28, 2012.

Special Rules: It is policy of BSA that no one shall schedule or conduct any event, function, or meeting which in any way conflicts with or detracts from scheduled BSA meetings or events.
