Located right across from the entrance to the Lost Pines lobby, Wolfdancer golf course promises to be the easiest access of any course played at the past 45 conventions! The men’s and women’s golf tournaments at the Wolfdancer Golf Club on Monday afternoon will follow an open-play, four-person scramble format. Tee time is 12:30 p.m. The registration fee of $180.00 includes golf, cart, box lunch, practice balls, tax & gratuity. Please include the fee and handicap for you and/or your spouse on your Registration Form. Each player will find Wolfdancer a challenging yet satisfying experience.

Transportation:
The golf club is located across from the hotel's front entrance, so golfers may walk to the course, if desired. Hyatt staff will shuttle golfers to and from the Wolfdancer Golf Club on golf carts from the hotel's front drive beginning at 11:30 am on Monday, May 2nd.
Dress Code:
No denim allowed on property. Men must wear a collared shirt, long pants or Bermuda length shorts. Mock turtlenecks are acceptable. Women may wear sleeveless shirts as long as they have a collar or they may wear collarless shirts as long as they have sleeves. Dresses, skirts, slacks, golf shorts and blouses of appropriate length are allowed. Only Soft Spike Golf Shoes.
Spouse Golf Outing

The Spouse Golf Outing will feature private golf lessons by a PGA Golf Professional from 11:30 am -12:30 pm followed by 9-holes of golf at 12:30 pm. The Spouse Golf Outing will follow an open-play, four-person scramble format. Tee time is 12:30 pm. The golf professional will walk the range and assist the spouses for the first few holes by giving out tips and recommendations to improve your golf game. Registration fee of $180.00 includes golf lessons, 9-holes of golf, cart, box lunch, practice balls, tax & gratuity. Please include the fee and your handicap on your Registration Form.
Let BSA handle your golf club rentals!
Please indicate on your registration form if you would like golf club rentals for the tournament. Let us know your preference for right-hand or left-hand, men's or ladies, and we'll handle the rest. Golf club rental requests must be submitted on or before April 1st. Cost is $75.
Tennis Round Robin, All Levels Welcome

The men’s and women’s Round Robin Tennis, All Levels Welcome will be held Sunday afternoon on the hotel courts. Registration fee is $70 and includes court time and refreshments. Please include your fee and indicate your level of play on the Registration Form.
Skeet Shooting

Skeeting Shooting Chairman: Michael Pastore, Kaman Industrial Technologies Corp.
Renegade Trailhead and White Lightning Ranch will host skeet shooting for BSA attendees which features flesh/quail trap shooting with two automatic launchers that throw doubles. Skeet shooting is a recreational and competitive activity where participants attempt to break clay disks flung into the air at high speed from a variety of angles.
Registration fee is $105 per person and includes transportation to the course, guns, safety gear, 1 box of shells (25 shells per box), 1 bottle of water per person and staff facilitation. If any players wants to shoot more than 25 shells they can purchase an additional box of shells, to be paid for individually, for $25/box.
Attendees will meet in the hotel lobby at 1:00 p.m., 30 minutes prior to start time and will be shuttled to the course via golf carts or the shuttle bus. Attendees will sign a waiver at Renegade Trailhead, get their equipment and instructions and begin the tournament.
