Young Executives Happy Hour

Saturday, May 4
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

  • This is an informal gathering of young executives for networking and socializing in the Presidential Suite on Saturday evening. A young executive is defined as a professional currently in management or executive development positions within their individual companies. These individuals are naturally poised for long-term leadership roles within our industry and our association.
  • Attire for this event is casual.

Linda's Low Country Fest ( Reception and Dinner)

Sunday, May 5
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Ocean Front Deck

  • Welcome to South Carolina! Celebrate the home town of BSA president, Linda Miller at this fun, themed reception and dinner. You will be transported to the Low Country and play some fun games with your BSA Friends. In keeping with BSA tradition, our menu will feature food from our president's home in the heart of the South. You won't leave hungry! Put on your favorite overalls and join your BSA partners for Linda's Low Country Fest, featuring the wonderful sounds of guitar player, Mike Kavanaugh.
  • The attire for this event is Country Chic, denim and overalls are accepted and bring a light sweater in case the temperature drops at night.

BSA International Speedway Reception and Dinner

Monday, May 6
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Grand Ballroom

  • Get your engines ready and come race at this year's BSA International Speedway. Put your racing gloves on and play some fun interactive racing games.
  • The attire for this event is racing casual, please wear black and white attire.

President's Reception

Tuesday, May 7
7:00 pm - 7:30 pm, Grand Ballroom Foyer

  • The President's Reception is a great way for all attendees to network and meet new and existing BSA members and participating manufacturers preceding the Show Your Colors Evening Event.

Show Your Colors Final Evening Event with Terry Bowden

Tuesday, May 7
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm, Grand Ballroom

  • The convention committee decided to try something new this year instead of the traditional dinner/dance. After dinner, BSA will welcome Terry Bowden, head football coach of the University of Akron and a true team-spirited son of the South. Please show your support and wear the colors of your favorite teams; the attire will be tailgate casual.
