The Annual Convention is the forum to enhance networking and knowledge sharing to promote the sale of bearings through authorized distributors. BSA’s manufacturer-hosted Conference Tables Sessions are essential to the success of building and growing trusted relationships between authorized distributors and the manufacturers of bearing products.
Conference Table participants pre-schedule and plan for face-to-face meetings to address bearing industry concerns and resolve business problems. Both manufacturers and authorized distributors find value in this personal interaction with trusted industry executives. Convention attendees find these short, 20-minute meetings to be increasingly productive. Please use the link(s) below to maximize the end results of your conference table sessions.

Conference Table Tips for Manufacturers
The 2016 Conference Table Session is scheduled for Tuesday morning, April 19, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and will consist of eight, twenty-minute sessions. Online Conference Table registration is open now! All BSA Participating Manufacturer companies have been assigned a conference Table. Distributors must be registered for the 2016 Annual Convention in order to make appointments. Online appointment scheduling will remain open until Thursday, April 7, 2016.
Registered distributors will have the opportunity to sign up online for eight, twenty-minute appointments with the manufacturers of their choice until April 7th. Distributors wishing to schedule Conference Table Sessions on-site, may do so at the registration desk by making appointments in the sign up books but only for those appointments that are still available at existing tables from Friday, April 15th through Sunday, April 17th at 12:00 p.m.
Online Conference Table Registration is available to all distributors who have registered to attend the 2016 Annual Convention. Distributors planning to attend the Conference Tables Session are encouraged to register as soon as possible to ensure that they obtain appointments at their desired times. Distributor companies with multiple attendees are encouraged to visit a greater number of manufacturer tables by splitting their attendees into two or more groups rather than making only one appointment in each time slot for the entire distributor company. Distributors are also encouraged to let manufacturers with whom they have made appointments know what they expect to discuss with the manufacturers.
All BSA Participating Manufacturer companies have been assigned a Conference Table. One Conference Table Contact at each Manufacturer Company may use his or her login to view the company appointments at the time registration opens. All other manufacturers may log in to view appointments after they are registered for the 2016 Convention. Manufacturers cannot schedule appointments.
Please note: Every Participating Manufacturer Company has a conference table assigned. If you have any questions regarding conference tables, please contact Ali Novinger, BSA Association Coordinator, at alin@bsahome.org

BSA also encourages participating manufacturers to hold individual private meetings with registered distributors to maximize your participation at the BSA Convention. In fact, the Convention schedule sets aside Tuesday afternoon, April 19, 2016, for private individual meetings. As a reminder, BSA policy requires that participating manufacturer invitations for individual private meetings must not overlap with BSA programs or social functions other than tours.
