Opportunities abound and expertise cultivates at the 2017 HR Forum.

RECRUITMENT:

  • Hear the future from the source. Industrial Distribution Student Leaders from the University of Alabama Birmingham will participate in a Skype panel discussion.
  • Gain insight from the results of the BSA Industrial Distribution Student Survey

Do you wonder what your future workforce is looking for? Gain insight from the results of the BSA Industrial Distribution Student Survey of University of Nebraska Kearney ID students which will be benchmarked to those from University of Alabama Birmingham students.  Last year’s results indicated:

  • Training is one of the Most Important Factors in choosing their Future Employer
  • 25% of Industrial Distribution Students expect a salary range between $50,000 and $55,000
  • Medical Insurance was ranked the Most Important Benefit, above bonuses and salary increases
  • 93% of Students Surveyed seek their future employer at their University Career Event.

Don't miss this opportunity to benchmark your approach against the preferences and expectations of the future workforce.
