The BSA 2019 Annual Convention will be held May 4 - May 7 at the Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa in Manalapan, Florida.  BSA’s Convention Planning Committee is taking the opportunity to celebrate and recognize our past as we look to our future and encourage attendees to “Join the Journey”. The 2019 Business program focuses how you, your company, and the association will prepare for the future of the bearing industry. This year's program will include:

  • BSA Project Presentations (Sunday Morning)

    BSA: Mr. Tom Weihsmann, of Kaman Industrial Technologies Corporation and BSA Vice President
    Mr. Weihsmann will share trend data from BSA's history of PAR reports and have new information about operational and sales information from the current Performance Analysis Report.
  • ABMA: Mr. Chris Coughlin, Executive Vice President and Group President of The Timken Company and ABMA Chairman
    Mr. Coughlin will present an update on growth in the bearing industry from the perspective of the American Bearing Manufacturers Association.

  • The Game Has Changed - John Cassis, founder of the Cassis Group, specializes in team building, talent motivation and leadership. After this presentation, you will see life from a new perspective.

  • Thriving in The Age of The Amazon Effect, Denise Keating, Co-Founder and CEO of DATAgility

  • Industry Trends, Doug Hohner, Senior Partner, Managing Director and Leader of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Distribution practice, will address trends in distribution and how the bearing industry can meet and stay ahead of the trends.
