$299.00 per night and a $15.00 Resort Fee plus applicable taxes
Room Types are not guaranteed. If specific accommodations are required, please contact the Reservations Department at 800-713-6725. Your reduced Resort Services Fee for services and amenities throughout the stay, include priority access to book golf tee times, tennis court reservations, and poolside cabana rentals*, use of the Golf Practice Facility, a complimentary tour of the Rick Smith Golf Performance Center**, use of the resort Fitness Center and the daily schedule of group exercise classes, a 30-minute Tennis demonstration every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 10 a.m., and high-speed internet in guest rooms, public areas, and meeting spaces. Rates and inclusions are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy
Room reservations must be cancelled 48 hours before arrival to receive a refund.
Reservations received after April 4, 2025 will be confirmed on a space-available basis only and the special BSA Convention rate cannot be guaranteed after April 4, 2025.
Parking
Overnight Self Parking fees are $30.00 per vehicle per day and are subject to change. The Valet Parking fee is $42.00 per vehicle per day and is subject to change. Parking is based on availability.

Located only 8 miles from the Miami International Airport, the resort offers convenient access from major highways. Just minutes from Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, and Coconut Grove, guests have a variety of attractions, historical sites and retail options nearby.
