Clay Target Shooting

Meet in the Lobby at 12:15 PM to be transported to Shooting.  

$330 per person. Includes: Tour Guide, Instructors (5:1 - 8:1 ratio), 2 hours of Clay Shooting (50 clays), Firearm, Ammo, Earplugs, Eye Protection, Bottled Water, Transportation. LUNCH IS NOT INCLUDED.

Ready, Aim, Fire. What’s more Texan than shooting guns for sport? Sporting clays are a form of entertainment where guests shoot a shotgun at a clay disk, also known as a clay pigeon. Guests will divide up into teams and rotate to different shooting bays with various target directions in an effort to shoot the most sporting clays. Guests can enjoy a private course with expert instructors and scorekeepers on one of the premier shooting facilities in the world, spanning 671 acres of picturesque San Antonio countryside.

Golf Tournament

The Golf Course is located on the property. 

Tee Time 12:30pm. Please plan to be at your cart at the hotel course no later than 12:15 p.m.

$260 per person. Includes: box lunch, golf, cart, professionals, taxes and gratuity. The golf tournament to follow an open-play, four-person scramble format.

Hill Country Golf Club
Sprawling over 200 acres, the Hill Country Golf Club offers a scenic, dramatic and balanced 27-hole championship course, featuring four sets of tee placements for every level of golfer. Designed by Arthur Hills and Associates to capture the beauty and landscape of the Texas Hill Country, the Golf Club features diverse terrain, from link-style, rolling-meadows and lush hillsides to tree-shaded plateaus and tranquil lakes and ponds. Named as Texas’ Best Golf Course by World Golf Awards, and Best Golf Resort by Smart Meetings Magazine, our state-of-the-art golf destination features a stocked pro-shop, GPS-equipped golf carts, a full-service clubhouse and practice area with putting green. Hill Country Golf Club is open to the public, and is located at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort, just 20 minutes west of downtown San Antonio, Texas.

Club Storage:

Golf clubs can be stored with the bell team upon checking in to the hotel. The hotel bell team will pass them on to our Golf Team who will store them in our Golf Bag Storage Room near the Golf Staging Area.

Dress Code:

Acceptable attire: collared shirt, long pants or walking shorts. Ladies: collared or mock neck shirt, skorts (a combination of a skirt and short), golf dresses, capris, shorts. Unacceptable attire: T-shirt, tank top, denim, athletic shorts, cut-off’s or jeans. Sandals, wedges or flip- flops.

Let BSA handle your golf club rentals!

Please indicate in your registration if you would like golf club rentals for the tournament. Let us know your preference for right-hand or left-hand, men's or ladies, and we'll handle the rest.  There are limited rental sets, so please reserve early! Golf club rental requests must be submitted on or before April 24th. Club rental fees are $110.00 for the golf tournament.
